
Hi to All, I've been a HAM since July 1999 and a member of the Raytown Amateur Radio Club (KØGQ.org) in the great state of Missouri. In the Amateur world, I'm involved in many different items from Storm Spotting, Field Day to MS150, APRS and SSTV. My tower is 56 feet in the air with 6m,2m(V&H),70cm beams, one tre-band and a inverted V for 10m. I have a D700 and FT857 in my truck. A D710 on my motocycle running APRS on both vehicles. I have work for MoDOT since 1978 and was promoted to Highway Maintenance Supervisor in 1988 working in and around the Kansas City downtown area and retired in Sept 2007 with 30 1/2 yrs, Golf and Radio here I come. 73's Joel For God So Loved The World He Made HAM's |
